Here's what we ask for and what happens to it, in plain language.
The estimate form
The estimate form on this site asks for your name and phone number, ZIP code and floor type. You can also leave an optional message about your project. We don't ask for a street address.
What happens when you send it
When you send the form, everything you entered, including any ZIP code and message, is saved in a private database for Firm Foundation Flooring. It isn't shown anywhere on this website, and only people we've authorized for the business can see it. We use it to get back to you about your flooring project.
After your request is saved, an email notification with your submitted details is sent to Mike. We don't send you a confirmation email.
To help block spam, we also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address, so we can limit how many requests come from one place. We can't read your address back from that code.

Calling and texting
When you call or text us, the details of that call or text are handled by your phone and carrier, the same as any call or text you make to anyone.
Tracking
We don't run Google Ads, call tracking, a Meta pixel, or any kind of conversion tracking on this site.
