About us
Meet Mike & Carmen
We're Mike and Carmen, and we own Firm Foundation Flooring. You'll find us installing floors in homes and businesses across St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Pinellas County and nearby Tampa Bay communities.
We do luxury vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, carpet and carpet tile. When you call, we pick up. Mike brings samples to you, gives you a quote, and does the install.
Life outside the job site
Our Christian faith is at the center of our everyday lives. We serve at Feather Sound Church, and the food pantry there is especially close to our hearts.
Outside of work, we love CrossFit. Our friends would probably call us "crazy CrossFitters," and they're not wrong.
All of that carries into the way we work: treating people the way we'd want to be treated, doing what we say we'll do, and walking through the finished floor with you before we call the job done.
What working with us looks like
- We answer the phone
- We bring samples to you
- A quote before we start
- A walkthrough together when the job is done
We install LVP, laminate, hardwood, carpet and carpet tile (but not ceramic or porcelain tile) in homes and businesses. Your quote spells out what's included.
